No further comment necessary. I intend to continue to follow the Kimberlin lawsuits and report what I see. I extend the same invitation I gave to Mr. Hoge yesterday for the other parties to respond when and if I contact them, in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the Society of Professional Journalists, in an attempt to get their sides of the story. It’s damn difficult to tell both sides of a story when only one will talk.
Therefore, as developments warrant, I will report the story as it unfolds. I will also share my opinion, but it will clearly be labeled as opinion.
