Akbar in Virginia

Last week as part of his lawsuit in the Montgomery County, Maryland, Circuit Court against Aaron Walker, Ali Akbar, R. Stacy McCain, WJJ Hoge III and the pseudonymous (for now) blogger calling itself “Kimberlin Unmasked”, Brett Kimberlin filed a motion asking Judge Sharon V. Burrell to sanction Rockville, Maryland attorney F. Patrick Ostronic for filing a motion on defendant Akbar’s behalf containing false information.

Because his ego is his own worst enemy, co-defendant Hoge rushed to his keyboard to ridicule Kimberlin for filing the motion and this reporter for writing about it.

Screen Shot 2014-01-11 at 7.22.20 AMHoge maintains that Akbar provided a “temporary address” on the traffic ticket in question as he was merely “visiting a friend” in March 2012 when the ticket was written. In another entry here at The Patriot-Ombudsman, I posted a photo taken by Google Earth of the front of Akbar’s former Fort Worth residence.  Hoge took note.

Screen Shot 2014-01-11 at 7.21.13 AMKeep that in mind, for that 2003 Hyundai Sonata will figure prominently in our attempt to show that Akbar is not “residing” in Texas, as his co-defendant maintains. He is residing at 200 Capstone Drive, Unit 108, Lynchburg, Virginia, as entered on his 2012 traffic ticket.  Akbar also maintains in a document signed under penalty of perjury that his corporation submits to the jurisdiction of both Fort Worth and Lynchburg.

Let’s have a look at that traffic ticket.

The ticket shows Akbar drives a 2003 Hyundai. Other evidence, such as a photo taken by Google Earth of Akbar’s former Fort Worth residence in 2012, shows a white Hyundai Sonata in the driveway.

Now, where else do we see a photo of a white Hyundai Sonata, with a sun roof? This overhead photo, from Zillow.com, of 200 Capstone Drive, Lynchburg, Virginia, taken in 2014.

Closer look?

whitecarAnd what does this prove? Not a darn thing. But let’s look at some other interesting things.

whitecar-573x352Look at the decorative waist-high brick wall in front of the ground floor patio, with the red and white striped flooring.  Where else do we see that?

Screen Shot 2014-01-10 at 3.11.46 PMIn this Ali Akbar Instagram photo, of his apartment, taken in July.  Notice the waist-high brick wall and the red and white flooring on the patio? What an amazing coincidence! If Mr. Akbar was visiting a friend, it was an invisible friend who let him have the run of the entire condo all by himself, for years!

But wait. There’s more.

On June 13, 2013, there was a powerful line of thunderstorms that knocked out power for a large portion of Virginia. Including Lynchburg.

Not one to be deterred by Nature, Akbar “made do” the next morning by using the battery of his car to help himself enjoy some of the finer creature comforts that a lack of electricity would never allow. Ever the one in love with his own image, Akbar shot a little “selfie” Vine video about the experience.

Two images from that video are telling.

Even more telling.

Then, in November, Akbar claims that he is taking a much needed vacation. To Texas.

Screen Shot 2014-01-10 at 2.56.04 PMHere he is, flying into D/FW in November.  The next several of his Instagram shots show him cavorting with friends in warm weather climates. But then, he is forced to return “home.” “Back to the Grind,” he says. Back to Lynchburg. Where it gets quite cold.

This instagram shot was posted Tuesday, January 7, 2014.  Did it get that cold in Fort Worth on that day?

Screen-Shot-2014-01-10-at-2.53.56-PMNot hardly. I mean, it was chilly in Fort Worth by Texas standards. But the low for that morning was a balmy 22-degrees, compared to…

Screen-Shot-2014-01-10-at-2.53.16-PM…the bone-chilling low that morning in Lynchburg. Where Ali Akbar was. And still is.

In his mocking post defending his co-defendant, WJJ Hoge always refers to Kimberlin’s lawsuit as silly, or groundless, or vexatious, or by some other dismissive term.  This raises a question of its own.  If there’s nothing for the defendants to worry about, why is Ali Akbar working SO HARD to avoid being served?

Let’s drop by his home in Fort Worth and ask him, rhetorically, of course.

Screen Shot 2014-01-10 at 5.52.15 PMOh, wait. According to this 2014 Google Earth view of the Fort Worth address, Akbar’s car is GONE.  Maybe he went shopping.

In Lynchburg.
