Let’s consider what this might mean in light of yesterday’s Montgomery Circuit Court ruling in the case of Brett Kimberlin v. Aaron Walker, WJJ Hoge, R. Stacy McCain, Ali Akbar and the pseudonymous Kimberlin Unmasked.
We can now set aside any thought about there being an actual server issue with his offshore website. After Judge Sharon V. Burrell ruled that Google MUST reveal the identity of the person who registered the “casualnexus.george@gmail.com” e-mail address that was used to register the original Kimberlin Unmasked website on Blogspot, we can only speculate what KU’s abdication means.
As one of the five pillars of the Axis of Defamation (as I shall refer to them henceforth), I always felt that identifying this craven coward would lead to the collapse of the entire enterprise. Does the removal of the website mean:
1. KU is on the run?
2. KU is stupid enough to think nobody screencapped previous defamatory posts?
3. KU’s attorney, Mark DelBianco told him, “I’m done getting yelled at by judges about you. You’re on your own, scummy!”
4. KU will soon (or already has) contacted BK to proffer a deal where he/she/it gets favorable consideration in return for ratting out the other four?
Hoge has been silent, save for his laughable “forgery” meme. Same with R. Stacy McCain who has moved on to other topics to sneer at.
Ali Akbar, who gained a brief reprieve from being served by a technical error made by Kimberlin is claiming victory. Seriously.
As Akbar was one of the worst offenders in calling Kimberlin a “murderer” and a “pedophile”, he has perhaps the most to worry about. Not to mention lying about where he lives and intentionally ducking service. How is that going to look when he is eventually served and the case goes to trial? One wonders if Akbar can even tell the difference between a lie and the truth any more. His preening “selfies” gave away his actual location. But he continues to lie about where he is. This will not end well for Mr. Akbar.
McCain, because he must do what Akbar tells him, continues to growl and sneer like a fangless dog. Which pretty well describes him.
Aaron Walker, the unemployed, disgraced and unemployable liar attorney, has been silent on his blog. On Twitter he said 4 hours ago he was going “off air” for a family surgery. Having his family removed surgically? But he continued to tweet up until 22 minutes ago. Oh, and Aaron?
Fuck you.
It seems clear that the two lawyers involved in yesterday’s hearing are talking to their clients. Whether or not their clients are listening is another matter. But Kimberlin Unmasked is gone, so the world is a slightly less noxious place for today.
