No wonder The Grand Hog of Ridge Road isn’t saying anything about today’s filing deadline going by without Brett Kimberlin having filed the requisite replies to the motions the boys were giggling about burying him under just in time for Christmas.
First rule in negotiation. Ask for more than you expect to get. Kimberlin asked the judge to extend his filing deadline to Feb. 28. The judge said “nay-nay” to that. But he did grant an extension.
So, Kimberlin gets a couple extra weeks to wade through the avalanche.
Hoge and Walker asked the judge to require that all future filings by Kimberlin be made under oath. The judge scoffed at the notion.
Nice try, boys. You have showed yourself to the judge to be incompetent and capable of making false representations, such as “…the plaintiff has an ongoing history of making false statements.” YOU boys are the ones being sued for lying, not Kimberlin.
All in all, seems like it was a good day for Brett Kimberlin and yet another embarrassment for Hoge and Walker…
Although I am sure Hoge will come up with some sort of rationale that turns this into yet ANOTHER GLORIOUS VICTORY for TEAM LICKSPITTLE!
He does that.
